Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms before booking:

• Billing Start: Charges begin when the vehicle departs the garage and end upon return.
• Payment Terms: Payments due within 15–20 days of bill date; interest @ 18% p.a. on late payments.
• Extra Charges: Toll, parking, airport entry, and permits billed as per actuals.
• Outstation Minimums: Minimum 300 km/day applies; SUVs ₹1,500/day; coaches ₹2,000/day minimum.
• Rate Variations: Rates subject to change due to inflation or special circumstances.
• Advertisements: Costs for damages due to user-installed ads borne by clients.
• Cancellations: Cancellation charges apply post-dispatch; duty slip must be signed
• Breakdown Support: Replacement provided within 2 hours in Mumbai; alternate arrangements elsewhere.
• Lost Items: Clients must report items left behind immediately; we’re not liable for unreported items.
• GST Compliance: Charges apply as per government rules (GST No. to be updated).
• Annual Adjustments: Contract rates may increase by ~10% annually upon mutual agreement.

• Vehicle Safety: Vehicles driven only by our chauffeurs; in case of theft or accident, client must lodge FIR and notify us.
• Payments: Acceptable via RTGS, NEFT, or cheque payable to “GLOBAL TOUR & TRAVELS” (Mumbai).
• Termination: Notice required one month in advance for contract termination.
• Sundays & Public Holidays: Charged as per daily usage (8 hrs / 80 km).
• Repairs: We cover minor breakdowns (e.g., punctures); call us anytime for assistance.
